ALL ABOUT BALLOTING IN UNILAG

So this is a sequel to my last post titled..... CLICK HERE TO SEE LAST POST We all know the the term ‘ballot’ meaning competing for an event. Trust me, balloting of bedspace in unilag is one of the toughest and competitive event you’ll always encounter when due. DSA will announce the date and time for balloting of bedspace. Note that staylites ballot first before freshers do. Now this article is going to keep you abreast of the balloting process. What Is Balloting Balloting is about drawing lots for the purpose of getting a bedspace.In Unilag, it is done online on your individual student portal. It is quite a hectic and stressful process as thousands of students will be on the site at the same time and one may experience difficulties due to excessive traffic on the site. But in the end it's worth it. Most students opt for the school hostel in order to save transport and feeding costs, security and a lot of other things. I should probably start by saying congratulations! to all the newly admitted Aspirants(well you're almost no longer aspirants). Anyways i'm happy for y'all and i know it hasn't been easy but don't get too relaxed just yet, everything can seem so intense in Unilag, as a freshman you might ponder over many things as such: In this article you'll know more on: 1. Where to live  2. Where to eat  3. Courses you'll offer 4. Clothing trends in Unilag   Where to live There are five male halls (hostels) and eight female halls in Unilag. Bed space are allocated to students through balloting. The school will set a date for all freshman to ballot and if you're lucky you'll get it. Accommodation is limited if you don't want to be disappointed you can get a place off campus.  There are so many apartments and private hostels outside school but be careful not to be scammed.
